1. No Cancellation
All registrations and payments made for the conference are final. Cancellation requests, whether written, verbal, or communicated via social media, will not be accepted under any circumstances.

2. No Refunds
Registration fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to participant withdrawal, inability to attend, or changes in event format.

3. No Transfer of Registration
Registrations are non-transferable unless explicitly approved in writing by the Organizing Committee. Transfer requests will not be entertained as a general rule.

4. Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the organizers (such as natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or similar events), the conference may be postponed, rescheduled, or shifted to a virtual format.
No refunds will be provided in such cases. Any alternative arrangements will be determined at the sole discretion of the Organizing Committee.
