➤ Presentation PowerPoint should be submitted by 28th February 2026 by mail to abstracts@iphacon2026.com.
➤ The file should be named as Your name_Registration ID (Eg: Srinu_IPHACON2026XXXXXXX).
➤ All the presentations must be made in Microsoft PowerPoint Format only. No other formats will be accepted.
➤ Number of slides: Maximum of 15 slides.
➤ Font size:
► Headings – minimum 36
► Body – minimum 24
Structure of Slides
➤ Title: should include title, presenting author name and affiliation; co-author name and affiliation. Name and affiliation of presenting author should be bold and underlined.
➤ Introduction: context and rationale of the study.
➤ Aim and Objectives: Clearly state the objectives of the study.
➤ Materials and Methods: The methodology of the study should be concisely explained.
➤ Results: Key findings of the study should be represented appropriately. Charts and tables can be used.
➤ Discussion: Compare the study results with the similar studies in the literature.
➤ Conclusion.
➤ Limitations; Recommendations (if any).
➤ References.
➤ Acknowledgements, Funding and conflict of interest (if any).
Duration of Presentation
➤ 7 minutes will be provided for the oral presentation.
➤ 2 minutes will be provided for questions and answers.
Note
➤ Presenters are requested to arrive 30 minutes before their presentation in their respective halls.
➤ All the presenters should carry a soft copy of their presentation on a pen drive and submit it to the Hall coordinator.
➤ Title with authors and affiliation. Bold and underline the presenting author.

➤ During poster presentation, you will be required to present a summary and salient features of your research and is followed by questions from judges.

➤ Boards and pins to fix their posters will be provided at the venue.
