Please ensure you follow the participation and abstract submission rules below.

Participants must be registered for the conference before submitting an abstract.

Abstracts from all subthemes will be prioritised.

Each delegate can submit only one abstract in each category.

Provide registration number, author details, institution & presenting author’s email. Presenting author’s name should be bold & underlined.

Last date for abstract submission: 31st December,2025. Submission only via the official website.

Abstract Guidelines

Follow the abstract preparation instructions carefully.

Format

Submit only in Microsoft Word/Document format. Use Times New Roman, 12pt font size, single spacing. Word limit: 300 words.

  • Materials & Methods
  • Results & Conclusion
  • 3–5 Keywords
Restrictions

No images or tables are allowed in the abstract submission.
