1. Registration

Registration is mandatory to participate in IPHACON 2026.

Ensure that all details (name, email, phone, category, etc.) are entered correctly. The Organizing Committee will not be responsible for errors caused by incorrect information.

Registration fees are inclusive of GST.

2. Categories

Delegates must select the correct category (Member/Non-Member/Student).

Students must present a valid ID at the time of the conference.

3. Payment & Confirmation

Registration will be confirmed only after successful payment.

In case of failed/duplicate transactions, refunds will be handled as per the payment gateway and organizing committee policies.

4. Cancellation & Refund

Requests for cancellation must be made in writing to the Organizing Committee.

Refund policies (if applicable) will be communicated separately.

5. Co-Delegate

Co-delegate registration is available at an additional cost (₹5,000).

Co-delegates will have limited access to sessions and facilities as specified by the organizers.

6. Code of Conduct


Delegates are expected to maintain professional behavior during all sessions and events.

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to deny participation to any individual who violates conduct guidelines.

7. Liability


The Organizing Committee will not be liable for personal injuries, loss, or damage to belongings during the conference.

Travel, accommodation, and insurance are the sole responsibility of the delegate.

8. Media & Photography

By registering, delegates consent to the use of photographs/videos taken during the event for conference-related publicity.

9. Acceptance

By completing registration, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
